Solution: The amount of sugar in the sugar water is 2000*(1-90%)=200g. The amount of water initially is 1800g. After several days of evaporation, the ratio of sugar to water is 20:80=1:4. Since the amount of sugar does not change, i.e. still 200g, there is 800g of water. Therefore, the weight of the sugar water is 1000g.
